7 Kids College Fund Challenge #131: TicTacToe

Today is the start of a new challenge on the 7 Kids College Fund challenge blog and it's one of my favorite themes.  We've got a TicTacToe challenge for you today!
I've used a Stamping Bella stamp called Petunia and Penny Take a Break and went with a diagonal row, Flowers/ Square/ Rectangles.

pigs: R02 R12 R00 E71 E71 flowers: E33 Y35 Y13, W3 W1, YG97 YG95 YG93 background: YG99 BG18

I just love these little pigs and adore the sentiment!  It's all done in Copics, including the background but the ink is applied to the sky and ground with a water brush filled with alcohol.  You can find a tutorial covering this technique HERE.

This is Madden...

How fun is she?! I just had to go with a fun hair color for her.
The background is done with Copics and a water brush filled with 71% alcohol. You can see a tutorial about using a water brush with Copics by Jennifer Dove HERE.

Make a Wish, 7 Kids College Fund

Hello everyone!!   I am here to share my very first project as a part of the 7 Kids College Fund design team.  I love the stamps designed by Mo Manning for Penny Black and chose to use the Make a Wish stamp for my first project.

skin: E04 E11 E21 E00 E000 R20 R11 hair: E57 E55 E53 E51 red: R39 R37 R35 R32 R30 white: C3 C1 Blender blue: BG75 BG57 BG53 background: BG99 White Wink of Stella

I've colored her with Copic markers and the shadowing or background is done with Copics as well but applied with a Tim Holtz water brush filled with 70% alcohol.   My sweet friend Jennifer Dove has opened my eyes to some new fun ways to use my markers.  If you would like to check out the tutorial I learned this technique from you can find it on Jennifer's blog HERE.  The papers I've used are the 6x6 paper pad Yesterday by Carta Bella.

Here is a list of supplies I've used from the 7 Kids shop:

Pollycraft Starla Shaker Card, C.C. Designs

Hiya stamping friends!!  I'd like to share a shaker card I made using the new Pollycraft Starla.

I used several of the dies in the Make a Card #7 Superhero die for elements inside the shaker.  I overfilled it a bit so they aren't easy to spot in the picture.  I used both sizes of lightening bolts, the star, and the little tiny stars too.  The sentiment is embossed on the inside of the shaker and I also added stars with embossing paste with this months new stencil.

And another sentiment on the inside...

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today.  I hope your visit has inspired you to find a little time to get crafty.

OA Summer Fun

It's another TGF Tuesday!  I love the Oliver and Amelia sets so I had to fit in a OA project for my guest month.  Here is Amelia from the set called Summer Fun.

I paired her with some papers from Echo Park, Summer Bliss, and colored her with Copics.
I've added some additional photos like I always do but they are a little off today.  You see, I got to the end of my project and went to add some matting to the inside, this is when I discovered the problem.  So my excuse? It's a card for a lefty.  Hey, at least it isn't upside down.

skin: E04 E11 E21 E00 E000 R20 R11
hair: E49 E47  E44 E43 E31
pink: RV29 RV25 RV23 RV21
red: R59 R46 R37 R24

I'm so glad you stopped by for a visit today.  I have one more week with the farm girls so you can meet me back here next week for some more TGF inspiration.  I hope you have a craftacular week!
